Hatha Flow


Life is all about transitions. In this class, focus is placed upon transitioning from one pose to the next. Poses are often held longer, allowing students to sink into the moment before easing our way into the next pose. This practice often follows us off the mat, assisting us in transitioning from one experience to the next with grace.

Vital Bodies


In this class, students learn to effectively and joyfully ignite their internal fire while increasing vitality through strength-building sequences. Sequences are more yang in nature with focus placed upon addressing the core of the body. Through building deep, internal strength, our bodies become more supple and flexible.

Rope Wall Yoga


In these supportive sequences, the rope wall serves to support and deepen our asana practice. Originally designed by B.K.S. Iyengar, the rope wall acts as a source of resistance that allows students to approach poses with less stress on the joints. The rope wall is a fun way to play with gravity, assisting in opening the body and creating more space in the joints.

Gentle Yoga


Gentle yoga utilizes a combination of yin and restorative sequences to cultivate a compassionate practice. The poses in this class are considered non-strenuous and meditative in nature. This class is beneficial for those desiring a soothing practice with moderate support of yoga props.
