    Slip into the soft hush of mid-winter and let the candlelight guide you inward. This slow, dreamy practice invites you to linger in long, supported poses that coax your body into release and give your mind permission to rest.

    Whether you need recovery, reflection, or simply a moment to feel held, this class offers a sanctuary of warmth and stillness as we enter the new year. No experience required, only a willing heart and a body ready to soften.
