Yin Yoga
Indulge in a 60-minute Yin Yoga class, open to all experience levels. Limited to just 10 students, our intimate setting provides a relaxed environment. Yin Yoga, a meditative practice, involves passive, longer-held poses that work deeper into the body. Targeting the connective tissues, this class invites achieve a profound sense of release as you breathe through challenges, sit with your thoughts, and ultimately let go. This class often includes some MFR (myofascial release).
Rope Wall Yoga
Elevate your practice with Rope Wall Yoga class, suitable for all experience levels. Embrace the support of this yoga prop, which provides resistance and stability. With a small class size capped at 8 students, the Rope Wall can aid in making poses more accessible or it can provide additional challenge for going deeper into the practice. This practice can provide additional support and freedom in joints and muscles. It’s like doing yoga with a partner!
Partner Yoga
Partner Yoga is suitable for all experience levels. Find levity and support while working with a partner. Navigate balance and postures with your partner as you explore poses and sequences together. This practice provides an opportunity deepen self inquiry by traversing proprioception—how the body relates to movement and the environment—from a different perspective. This class enhances awareness of posture, movement, and positioning.
Breathwork (Pranayama)

Offering: 60-minute in-studio session for $100 or 60-minute in-home session for $150. Small group sessions up to 10 people also available.
