Andrea Stuart

At Vitality Yoga, Andrea fuses the ancient practice of yoga and its traditions with humor, evidence-based science, and practical insights. She pulls from her extensive studies with medically trained teachers and therapists to create functional and approachable practices.

Andrea created Vitality Yoga as a safe space where people are encouraged to explore the unfamiliar and mysterious, develop supportive lifestyle habits, and build connections. She does this by fostering a warm and inclusive environment where learning is a visceral experience.

As a wellness provider, Andrea taps into her passions for Hatha and Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, connective tissue function, metabolism and digestive health, and yoga philosophy. Her certifications in these areas along with her knowledge as an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and Reiki Master Practitioner inform her approach as a teacher.

Her mission is simple: to support each person as they navigate their unique journey to holistic health and self-discovery.
